Top Boy Wiki

The Turks refer to a drug gang that operated out of Tottenham, London.

History[]

Background[]

At some point following the war between the Summerhouse gang and the Albanians in September 2012, the Turks replaced the Albanians as the new dominant supplier for large gangs in East London, namely Summerhouse, London Fields, and A-Roadz.

Top Boy: Series 3[]

On 26 September 2019, two Turkish men walk up to Dris Wright, who is running Summerhouse in the absence of Dushane Hill, and let him know that the next drug shipment is going to cost £50,000. Dris is disappointed with the price but says nothing. The following night, Jamie Tovell and his best friend Kit torch a warehouse belonging to the Turks to lure them out. The duo then execute three of the Turks after they escape onto the street. It is revealed Lizzie Daughton ordered the duo to kill the Turks so London Fields can sell her drugs at a better rate than the Turks.

With the death of the Turks, London Fields begin to monopolise the drug market by becoming the supplier for other gangs, including Summerhouse. Jamie's move against the Turks cause friction with London Fields leader Leyton, as the rest of the gang begin to see Jamie as a better leader.
