Rafe Newton is a psycopathic, cold-blooded killer. He is the brother of Jermaine Newton and an estranged cousin of Gerard "Sully" Sullivan.
Biography🥴[]
Rafe is the brother of Jermaine Newton and the nephew of Edna Sullivan. The two had an estranged cousin named Gerard "Sully" Sullivan, who co-led the Summerhouse gang with Dushane Hill. At some point before 2012, Rafe's nephew Dillon was born to Casey Gregory and Jermaine. Rafe is also cousin to Sully who Sully has an estranged relationship between Sully and Rafe.
Rafe is known to many as a cold-blooded murderer. He apparently tortured a man at some point in Finsbury Park, according to a conversation between Sully and Dushane. The man was eventually found with his eyes cut out.

Episode 2[]
When his brother Jermaine is kidnapped by his cousin Sully and his sidekick Mike on Tony's orders, Rafe and his henchman go track down where his brother is kidnapped, they go up and kick down the door which was mistakenly the wrong flat where Jermaine was held hostage. Rafe is shocked that he noticed Sully kidnapped him, Sully, Mike & Jason flee off with Jermaine whilst the crossfire is starting, Sully shoots Rafe's henchman in the leg and runs off in Mike's car.
Episode 3[]
Whilst Sully has Jermaine stashed at Jason's mum's house, Sully gets Dushane to come and speak to Rafe for him in favour to help him retrieve Joe's drugs back off the Albanians. Dushane visits Rafe and tells him that Jermaine is alive and tells him to spare Sully and Mike in return of getting his brother back alive. Dushane comes with Rafe to confront Tony and tells him it was the York brothers who ordered the murder, Rafe beats up Tony and they walk out of his rap studio. Rafe and Dushane have a chat about Sully and Mike but tells him that he decides that he will let Sully live but kill Mike instead. Dushane and Dris drop off Jeramine and gives Jermaine money to give to Rafe, Rafe collects Jermaine where he got dropped off to. Few hours later Sully and Mike leave a nightclub, Rafe catches up and shoots Mike in the head and walks off.

Episode 6: If We Are Not Monsters[]
When Sully enters his car with his 25 kilos worth of drugs, he is anomalously shot in the head, Rafe only spared Sully in Dushane's favour but with Dushane's death, Rafe probably just wanted to get revenge back for kidnapping his brother 8 years ago.

- Rafe seemed to be a rare case of a person Sully feared.
- Rafe is not heard from or mentioned again after Season 2. It is unknown if Rafe is still alive or his criminal activities led to his death sometime after 2012.
