Jeffrey is a minor character in the third season and supporting character in the fourth season, he is portrayed by Shaun Dingwall.
He is a minor character in season 3, a major antagonist in season 4 and a supporting, later posthumous antagonist in season 5.
Biography[]
Season 3[]
Jeffrey and Lizzie talk with Jamie and Kit about selling their drugs across London. Jamie and Kit eliminate the Turkish gangsters to take over. Whilst Jeffrey goes away on business his wife then starts having an affair with Jamie. After Dushane gets Jamie sent to prison becomes the new main kingpin, Dushane is celebrating with Jeffrey and Lizzie with a glass of Champaign.
Season 4[]
Dushane and Jeffrey come to plan to take down Summerhouse and redevelop it which then causes Summerhouse residents protesting against it, despising that Dushane's mother is against the redevelopment. After Dushane loses his mother, Dushane then tells Jeffrey to cancel the redevelopment or he will kill Lizzie. Jeffrey then cancels it.
Season 5[]
After Dushane figures out Lithe is gone, he turns to Jeffrey to find her and Lizzie. Jeffrey later finds out that Lithe has taken all of the summerhouse investment money and disappeared. Dushane later pays Jeffrey a new visit and learns about the unkown location of Lizzie and Lithe. Enraged by the news, Dushane beats Jeffrey to death with a frying pan.
