Diana Palmer was a reccuring character in the final 2 seasons of Top Boy, she was portrayed by Michelle Asante.
Biography[]
Diana is a single mother to Kieron, she lived in Rwanda and when Kieron was a baby, Diana and Kieron moved to London. Diana is battling cancer and going through chemotherapy.
Season 4[]
During the Summerhouse estate getting redeveloped planned by Dushane and Jeffrey, Diana is one of the residents to have it stopped. She is being looked after by her son Kieron and they sit alongside Pat, Shelley and Ralph. When Amma is grieving about the death of her son Attica, Diana along with the others comfort Amma.
Season 5[]
When Diana is at home with Kieron, Diana hears a bang at the door from the Immigration services to get Kieron deported. When Kieron is arrested, Mandy along with the Summerhouse residents and Summerhouse gang (apart from Dushane) protest against Kieron's deport until they drop the deport and let Kieron go. While Summerhouse is at riots, Kieron is at home protecting his mother, Kieron tells Diana that he is going to meet Jaq but ends up killed by Junior under Sully's orders. When Jaq goes to Kieron's house looking for Kieron, Diana tells Kieron that he said he was meeting her, Jaq runs away which it leaves Diana very worried.
