Becks is a character in Season 4, she is portrayed by Adwoa Aboah. She appeared as a supporting character in season 4 and one of the tritagonists in season 5.
Biography[]
Season 4[]
Becks first appears in episode two, where she meets with Jaq in a bar, they walk out the bar and kiss and gang of boys rob and beat them up. Becks rings Jaq to tell her to phone the police but Jaq refuses. When Jaq finds the gang leader she beats him and retrieves Becks hand bag and returns it to Becks. Becks invites Jaq in to her house. Becks takes in Lauryn after luring away from her abusive boyfriend Curtis and his psycho sister Vee.
Season 5[]
Becks and Jaq are still in a relationship, they are both spending time with Lauryn with her new born baby Delroy. After Jaq spent time with Delroy and Luryn, Jaq and Becks go on a date night and as they come back home they find Lauryn overdosed and drowned in the bath on heroin. Jaq struggles with her grief and takes it on Becks but Becks tells her to think about her nephew. When Jaq steals the drugs from Antonia's house that she was hiding for Sully, this causes Jaq to do a runner from Sully and Dushane as Kieron secretly warns Jaq. Jaq will then negotiate with Sully to save Becks and her nephew until Dushane attacks Jaq and steals the stolen drugs, Jaq walks back home to Becks and she tells Becks that everything is going to be alright.
